Fort Belvoir Community Hospital

  • A new 120-bed hospital at Fort Belvoir is being constructed on the Main Post and is replacing the DeWitt Army Community Hospital.

  • Construction of the 1.3 million square foot complex is approximately 33% complete and is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2011.
 

 National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)

  • Groundbreaking for NGA’s new $1.8 billion facility, which is referred to as New Campus East (NCE), occurred in September 2007.

  • Construction of the 2.4 million square foot building is approximately 25% complete and is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2011.
